Dr. Marko Prušnik is a dual-qualified attorney (Austria / Slovenia) and the founding partner of . While covering the entire range of business-law aspects, his main emphasis is on Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Real Estate transactions and Finance / Restructuring deals. Before opening his own practice, he was a Partner of one of the largest international law-firms in the region (and head of such law-firm’s Slovenian Corporate/M&A practice).

Marko was involved in numerous privatizations in Slovenia in recent years (both on the sell-side and on the buy-side) and is servicing clients from various industries (incl. banking, telecommunication, leisure / tourism, retail and aviation).

He is fluent in English, German and Slovenian, holds a doctorate from the University of Vienna (Doctor iuris) and is the author of numerous contributions on Slovenian Corporate/M&A regimes (e.g. as featured in The International Comparative Legal Guide series).
